These terms govern your use of Jupeak One and everything on jupeakone.com, including our free tools. "We" and "Jupeak" mean Jupeak Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company registered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. "You" means the business that subscribes and the people who use the account.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, using the product, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do. Keep credentials secret and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
- You control who you invite and what permissions they get. We provide the controls; the decisions are yours.
- One account is for one business. Reselling or sharing access outside your organisation needs a partner agreement with us.
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.
3. Free trial
New accounts get a free trial so you can decide before you pay.
No card is required to start. When the trial ends, your data stays where it is — we do not delete it the next morning. You simply cannot add new documents until you subscribe. See section 11 for what happens over the longer term.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in Indian Rupees, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Published prices exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. We issue a GST invoice for every payment.
- Annual plans are charged once for the year and are cheaper than twelve monthly payments.
- You may cancel renewal at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- If a payment fails we will retry and tell you. Persistent non-payment may lead to suspension under section 11.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Adding users or modules mid-cycle is charged pro-rata from the date you add them.
5. Usage-based charges
Some features are billed on usage rather than a flat fee, from a prepaid balance you top up in advance:
- WhatsApp messaging — charged per conversation at the rate shown when you top up. Rates follow Meta's own pricing, which Meta can change.
- AI beyond your plan allowance — additional tokens can be topped up.
- e-Invoice and e-Way bill filings through our GSP partner, where enabled.
Usage charges are drawn from your prepaid balance as you use them. If the balance runs out, that feature stops until you top up — the rest of the product keeps working, and we never put your account into debt without telling you.
6. Your data is yours
You own everything you put into Jupeak One — your customers, ledgers, invoices, stock and documents. We claim no ownership over it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
- We store and process your data only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You can export your data at any time, while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you enter, including that you have the right to hold your own customers' details.
- We take regular backups, but you should keep your own exports of anything critical. Backups are for our disaster recovery, not a substitute for your records.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Jupeak One to:
- break any Indian law, or help someone else to;
- store or send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing content;
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not consented — you are responsible for having consent for every number and address you upload, and for complying with TRAI and Meta's rules;
- attempt to breach, probe or overload the service, or access another customer's data;
- reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or white-label the product without a written agreement;
- upload malware, or use the service to mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated workloads.
8. AI features
- AI features are optional and off by default. An administrator enables them.
- AI output is generated by a model and can be wrong. It is a drafting and summarising aid — not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Check anything material before acting on it.
- You remain responsible for every document you file, send or post, whether or not AI helped produce it.
- How AI processing works and who processes it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and support
- We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our control.
- Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled outside Indian business hours wherever possible.
- Support is available by email, WhatsApp and phone on business days. Response targets depend on your plan.
- We may add, change or retire features. If we retire something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice and, where we can, a migration path.
10. Intellectual property
Jupeak One — the software, design, brand, documentation and everything except your data — belongs to Jupeak Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while you are paid up. Nothing here transfers ownership. If you send us feedback or a feature idea, we may use it freely without owing you anything.
11. Suspension and termination
By you
Cancel any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to the current period.
By us
We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, breach of section 7, or if required by law. Except for serious abuse or a legal obligation, we will warn you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix it.
What happens to your data
- Your data remains available for export for 90 days after an account closes.
- After that it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised, except records we must keep by law — invoices and payment records are kept for eight financial years.
- We do not hold your data hostage over a billing dispute. Export is available even while an invoice is outstanding.
12. Warranties
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent Indian law allows, the service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet every requirement you have in mind. We are not your accountant, auditor or tax adviser, and nothing in the product is a substitute for professional advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
- Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date at the top reflects the current version. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may cancel and we will refund any unused prepaid period.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please raise the issue with us — most things are resolved by a phone call, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
